Lines of business

Criteria CaixaCorp has two business lines that combine investments in listed market leading entities, with holdings in unlisted companies, to produce a diverse and unique portfolio that affords us a privileged position in the market.

The company plans to develop two main lines of operations:

One line of operations in services that will cover holdings in listed companies that operate in services sectors, and in unlisted companies in an advanced phase of the business cycle.

Another line of operations in finance and insurance that brings together holdings both in international banks and insurance companies, as well as in unlisted specialist financial companies.

We have an Executive Team with sound experience and far-reaching knowledge of both the financial and non-financial sectors of the national market.
